“Janine was recommended to me by a friend who used her services for a full house renovation. We asked her to help us with a couple of smaller projects, which she was very happy to take on. I was pleased with her transparent, flexible approach, in terms of pricing and availability. She designed wardrobe / cupboard space and a clever bookcase to act as a balustrade in our loft bedroom. It's a design we could never have come up with ourselves, nor our builders. She guided the builders with measurements, materials, hinges / fittings and was on hand to answer all of our questions during the works. Janine also helped us with colours, carpet and lighting in the loft bedroom and in our three storey hallway. I would never have been brave enough to choose the fabulous colours recommended by Janine, that really accentuate the beautiful features in our period home. Janine is such a pleasure to work with. She really listened to what I was after but also encouraged me to be brave and not paint everything white! We will definitely use her in the next phase of our house renovations and I would wholeheartedly recommend Janine to others looking for interior design services, especially those with period homes, who like mixing old and new!
